COURSE TITLE Negotiating Skills (Interest Based Approach)

This workshop provides participants, through both theory and practical experience, a full understanding of the process of negotiation and effective negotiation strategies. Through monitored and interactive group role-playing sessions, participants rapidly learn and become comfortable with using these negotiating skills for many different types of situations.
