Professionals need techniques to deal with the difficult customer, the client who sticks to his guns and doesn't think he has to negotiate, the negative boss or the hard-nosed supplier who repeatedly says, "No!".

Participants will enhance their skills in reaching agreements and acquire breakthrough strategies for getting past objections. This workshop provides opportunities to work through a variety of negotiation scenarios designed as applications for the techniques learned.
